Solution

- Aggregated and reprocessed historical data from national and local archives
- Extracted and structured statistical data on infrastructure expansion
- Created clean datasets and visualised long-term trends in communication
Impact
The resulting data allowed researchers to trace the development of Britain’s telegraph and telephone networks over 130 years. This work supported long-term infrastructure planning and heritage storytelling.
